Wildfires may soon change forests in the Colorado Front Range, thanks to shifting precipitation and temperatures driven in part by climate change, according to new research from the 91福利社鈥檚 Biogeography Lab.
鈥淢any areas that burned are not recovering following fire, and we expect these areas to stay more open, either as grasslands or more open savannas with sparse trees,鈥 said
