In order to follow safety protocols recommended by federal, state, and local officials, operations within Health & Wellness have changed. Many Health & Wellness departments are offering services virtually and over the phone.

We want to emphasize we are here for YOU. And we will get through this together.

Medical Services

Medical Services has transitioned some of its services online. In-person and telehealth appointments can be scheduled by calling one of the following numbers:

Counseling and Psychiatric Services (CAPS) is available for telehealth (virtual) appointments and services from 9 a.m. to 4Ìýp.m. Monday through Friday. All services will be held virtually through telehealth. Please schedule an appointment online or call 303-492-2277 and follow the instructions on the voicemail.Ìý

Pharmacy

The Apothecary Pharmacy is open to the 91¸£ÀûÉç community. Students can request prescription refills by calling 303-492-2093. Pickups are available at Wardenburg Health Center. Masks and physical distancing measures are required within the clinic and pharmacy space.

Health Promotion

Health Promotion is providing virtual services. Students enrolled in the AOD classes (alochol impact circles, SBIRT and BASICS) will be able to complete their class virtually. For more information, please call 303-492-2937 or emailÌýhealth.promotion@colorado.edu.

Recreation Services

The main will open on Monday, August 10 and will limited to students through August 31 as we monitor building capacity and safety protocols. The Rec Center at Williams Village is currently closed and is under review to open at a future date. The Rec Center has launched virtual fitness classes,Ìýfeaturing free online meditations, full-length fitness classes and stretches.

Office of Victim Assistance

The Office of Victim Assistance (OVA) is providing services over the phone and virtually at this time. We acknowledge these are challenging times, and we are here for support. Please call 303-492-8855 during our regular business hours for support. After hours support is also available at 303-492-8855, press menu option 2.
