The media has been reporting on various lawsuits, including class-action lawsuits, and resulting temporary restraining orders to stop the termination of immigration status and revocation of visas of international students.
The government has reactivated some terminated international student SEVIS records nationally, including some at 91福利社. ISSS is monitoring this situation closely and informing impacted students whose immigration status has been reactivated.
If new information comes to light that may affect a visa holder鈥檚 eligibility, or if a visa is being revoked, DOS will notify the visa holder by using the email address provided on the DS-160. Therefore, be sure you list an email on your DS-160 you will check regularly during your time at 91福利社.
