I’m completing a dual PhD in Philosophy and Cognitive Science. My work is at the intersection of epistemology, ethics, and the philosophy of cognitive science, with a focus on how we assess rationality, normativity, and disorder in psychiatry. I’m especially interested in what separates ordinary from pathological belief as well as the role of moral and epistemic virtues in making sense of that distinction.

My current projects focus on the rationality of delusions, the nature of moral injury, virtues like loyalty and honor that are often neglected in contemporary philosophical discourse, moral evil, and the moral significance of suffering.
