Pre-Semester Session Calendar
Aug. 18–22, 2025
Monday, Aug. 18
- First day of classes.
- Last day to add a class.
- Last day toÌýwaitlist for a closed class.
- Last day to withdraw from the session with a full refund of tuition.
Tuesday, Aug. 19
- Class waitlists are canceled.
Thursday, Aug. 21
- Last day to withdraw from the session. You're assessed 100% of tuition, and W grades are posted to your transcript.
Friday, Aug. 22
- Last day of classes.
Full-Semester Calendar
Aug. 25–Dec. 5, 2025
Monday, Aug. 25
- First day of classes.
Tuesday, Sept. 2
- Last day to add a class.
- Last day toÌýwaitlist for a closedÌýclass.
Tuesday, Sept. 9
- Last day to drop a class without penalty.
- Last day to withdraw from the semester with a full refund of tuition.
Wednesday, Sept. 10
- Class waitlists are canceled.
Tuesday, Sept. 23
- Last day to withdraw from the semester and be responsible for paying 40% of tuition and fees (60% refund).ÌýW grades are posted to your transcript.
Tuesday, Oct. 7
- Last day to withdraw from the semester and be responsible for paying 60% of tuition and fees (40% refund).ÌýW grades are posted to your transcript.
Tuesday, Oct. 28
- Last day to drop a class. You're responsible for paying all assessedÌýtuition and fees (no refund), and a W gradeÌýis posted to your transcript.
Friday, Dec. 5
- Last day of classes.
- Last day to withdraw from the semester. You're responsible for payingÌýall assessed tuition and fees (no refund), and W grades are posted to your transcript.
