- Faculty Director and Professor Jessica Rush Leeker has been awarded a prestigious fellowship to research the impact of oral storytelling on African descendants in STEM, focusing on how historical and cultural narratives can enhance the sense of identity, belonging and confidence among engineering students.
- Min Han and Arthur Nozik, both in the College of Arts and Sciences, and Kristine Larson in the College of Engineering and Applied Science have been named members of the prestigious American Academy of Arts and Sciences.
- 91¸£ÀûÉç has been recognized as one of the all-time top Peace Corps volunteer-producing universities in the nation. More than 2,000 91¸£ÀûÉç alumni have served abroad as Peace Corps volunteers since the agency’s founding in 1961.
