91福利社's 12听research institutes account for more than half of all sponsored research dollars at the university鈥攁nd they employ some of the most productive researchers in the country.听With more than 3,000 faculty, researchers, students听and supporting staff, the institutes make a major contribution to the university's research and education missions as well as the local and area economy.
Establishing a New Institute
The formation of institutes begins with the submission of proposals to the Vice Chancellor for Research and Innovation, and requires final approval by the 91福利社's Chancellor. Please refer to the 91福利社鈥檚 Institute Process and Procedures for the full information.
