Faculty and staff can make an impact on the student conduct process by joining the appeal board. Faculty and staffÌýalso have a responsibility for maintaining an appropriate learning environment. They can address this by:

  • Treating students with understanding, dignity and respect.
  • EducatingÌýstudents on the consequences of a classroom disruption.

Healthy conflict can result in growth,Ìýlearning and understanding. Conflict resolution is not just for student-to-student relationships. It can also help faculty and staff:
